Refund policy

Damaged Rhizomes

We want every lotus we send out to be successful. When your package arrives, open it immediately and handle it with care. Gently remove your rhizomes and check that each one has at least two intact growing tips. Do not break them or the lotus will not grow.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, we will refund or replace your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please provide a picture when you contact us.

Failed Planting

Lotus should be planted only after local nighttime temperatures exceed 50F. If you planted your lotus at the right time and do not see your first leaf after 3 weeks, we will refund or replace your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility

We cannot provide refunds for orders that were damaged, neglected, or mishandled after arrival.
